Izabela’s deep passion has always been to learn more ways how to empower you and help to ignite the healing potential that is inside every one of you. Over the years, she has developed a deeper understanding of self-healing and loves to teach and write about it.

Expanded Approach to Therapy
Your Mind-Body Clinic is based on creating a healing, connecting, and grounding space for you as Izabela’s client.
Early in her career she treated symptoms mostly from a physical perspective, progressing to myofascial release and, through this advanced service, can now also more directly address the cause behind the diagnosis.
Because energy is energy and Your Mind-Body Clinic is not confined to physical space, this expanded approach to therapy offers the convenience (eliminating mobility/travel/distance issues) of remote treatment sessions.

โOf course, in-person Mind-Body therapy typically moves you along your healing journal a bit faster. In either case, remortely connected or in-person, both are very effective and Izabela can help you:
