โPelvic Floor Physical Therapy is an evaluation and treatment of the muscles and fascia of the pelvic floor muscles.
Physical Therapy can identify which muscles are too tense and which are too weak and help to improve the coordination of those muscles.
We also assess how the pelvic girdle and the rest of the trunk muscles work together as a harmonized unit and help to release restrictions which may lead to pelvic imbalances which create symptoms.
