Mastectomy related intense tightness and extreme discomfort

After having a double mastectomy and subsequent reconstructive procedures, I was experiencing intense tightness and extreme discomfort around my chest area. It felt as if I was wearing a strait jacket 24 hours a day. I felt helpless and devastated. I researched my symptoms and read about MFR. I found Izabela and started working with her. She is not only an amazing therapist; she has been extremely invested in me as her patient. MFR has changed my quality of life for the better. My symptoms have improved dramatically over the past several months. I no longer have the painful tightness or the discomfort. I feel like the straight jacket has been removed and the sensation I feel is more like I am wearing a support bra. I can even sleep on my stomach! Not only have my physical symptoms improved, but the scars and the shape of the breasts have been smoothed out dramatically. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for Izabela, her skills and dedication!
