About Izabela Adamus

I grew up in Poland and had a beautiful and loving childhood. Since I was a child, I always had a strong heart desire to assist those in pain and to help alleviate the suffering of others.

I graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, Poland in 1992 with a master’s degree in physical therapy. Since 1994 I have worked with thousands of people and have pursued my professional skills in a wide variety of clinical settings in the USA (Michigan, Pennsylvania and Illinois).

Through my own life traumas, surgery and pain I discovered a deep and profound healing through the John Barnes Myofascial Release Approach. John Barnes, PT is a highly respected and internationally known expert in Myofascial Release.

I fell in love with that work and since then, which was in 1996, I have attended and completed hundreds of hours of coursework. I am a lifelong learner and I continue to pursue expanding and mastering my skills and excellence level by attending and repeating courses frequently.

I love the very personal and quality approach that I can provide in our clinic, so each person is seeing and treating one-on-one as the unique, whole individual you are.

In 2020 I dived deeply into the study of Energy Medicine, Bioenergetics, Energy Coaching and I also became a Certified Body Awake RYT 200 Yoga Teacher studying at Morter Institute.

Dr. Sue Morter is an international speaker, Master of Bio-Energetic Medicine and Quantum Field visionary. She illuminates the relationships of quantum thoughts and energy medicine, the elevation of human consciousness and life mastery.

I feel so fortunate to study with Dr. Sue. For me she is the embodiment of pure divine feminine energy who is showing us the way of self-healing, life mastery, creatorship, full expression of wisdom and love, and how to reach a human potential for fulfillment, meaning, and joy.
