Spinal Stenosis

My Doctor diagnosed me with spinal stenosis. It was very painful to walk or do anything that required bending or stretching. My husband had been helped greatly by Izabela with a neck problem. I decided to follow up with Izabela for my own condition. After 4 or 5 sessions I began to get relief from the pain. Upon completion of my therapy, I am now able to walk again for exercise.
