Izabella is a master healer.
I have been working on healing a long-time chronic knee injury with osteoarthritis for the last 30-plus years. In the fall of 2023, I had a flare-up from an acute injury to the same knee. I went to two different orthopedic specialists, who told me I needed to get a knee replacement. I didn’t want to do that.
Fortunately, someone in my network recommended the John Barnes method of myofascial release therapy to change their prognosis for a similar experience. They went from pain and limping to thriving.
I went to the John Barnes website’s directory of therapists, and Izabella was listed as an expert in that modality. I contacted her, and we began working together in March 2024.
The universe was kind to me, and I am extremely blessed to have met Izabella. Her skillsets go beyond myofascial release therapy. She is an expert in the anatomy and kinesiology of the human body. Perhaps more importantly, she is an intuitive healer and teacher.
From the first session, she encouraged me to use my intuition and energy to tap into my body’s healing energy, hers, and the world around us. She used many hands-on techniques and gave me exercises I could practice at home. The exercises have been very intentional and specific to both healing the knee and, more pertinently, to balance the whole body.
I have gone from visiting her twice a week to now every other month for a check-in. I am so grateful to her for her kindness in sharing her wisdom and healing abilities with me.
While I consider her one of the best physical therapists I have ever worked with, she is also an amazing teacher. She has taught me to use my intuition when scanning my body and energy and trust what I see. She has reminded me that we can heal anything that ails us and that the scope of this healing is often beyond what we might be told when someone diagnoses us.
I would highly recommend Izabella to anyone who would like to heal themselves. I could not be more grateful.
