I cannot recommend Izabela and Wholistic Therapies enough. When I first came to her, I was struggling with fibromyalgia, which had taken a toll on my body and quality of life. Thanks to her expert care, not only did I heal from the pain, but my fibromyalgia was put into remission.
What’s even more incredible is that Izabela guided me through getting pregnant at 42 after helping me lose weight and regain my overall health. This pregnancy was no walk in the park—I experienced extreme nausea and morning sickness, called hyperemesis gravidarum. Despite being bedridden for much of the pregnancy, Isabella supported me both mentally and physically, ensuring that my body and mind were nurtured and cared for in the best way possible.
Even though I stayed in bed most of the time, our regular meetings, some of which she conducted via telehealth and Zoom, were remarkable. I received the care I needed from home, and her guidance helped me prepare for a phenomenal birthing experience. I felt enthusiastic, present, and confident that I could do it, thanks to the deep connection Isabella helped me foster with my body.
Her methods went beyond traditional therapy. Through breathwork, emotional regulation, mayofacial massage, pregnancy exercises, and mindfulness, I was trained to stay present and manage my body in ways that surpassed even hypnobirthing techniques.
Because of Izabela, I was able to have a beautiful, virtually pain-free home delivery with no medication or interventions. The tools she gave me were transformative, and I’m beyond grateful for the impact she has had on my life, health, and growing family.
