Disc Injuries and Muscle Spasms

I’ve had a severe disc injuries with horrible muscle spasms last year, hospitalized for several days and discharged after steroid injection. And guess what, it happened again two weeks ago, right at the time I thought my back was almost healed. I was discharged from the hospital after 4 days after another injection. As I used to be an active person, all that I’ve could do is lie on the bed, take pills all day, able to walk only less than 20 minutes every day, lost job …I was almost hopeless with the thinking that I must live my life like this crying and depressed. I went to this place without almost any expectation since I had done many sessions of chiropractor. Then, after the session, I was stunned how professional and knowledgeable this physical therapist is!!! She knew exactly what’s causing the pain and what to do to fix it. Totally new approach and the most effective. Now I’m thrilled that with the treatment, I believe that I can start the exercise I love again not too far in the future and I’m very excited about it. My insurance is out of her network (need to pay with cash), but It’s totally worth it and I plan to keep getting her treatment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!
