​Extreme Chronic Pain

Izabela is a light bringing hope to very dark and seemingly dire circumstances. During the year, it took for doctors to begin to figure out what was wrong with me — why my body would neither heal nor function during extreme pain — Izabela helped ease my suffering and anguish. When we met, her unique physical therapy modality helped me find a place of peace and presence that my pain had taken from me. In between meetings, she sent encouraging messages and taught me practices that allowed me to have moments of respite in chaos. She has a healing touch, a genuine care for others, and irrepressible insight. I feel blessed for having had the opportunity to work with Izabela Adamus.
