Chronic neck pain, migraine headaches and back pain
I have an adult daughter with physical disabilities and I have been necessarily lifting her for 40 years. This is important because I was getting to a point of pain when I would try to move or lift her that was beginning to impair my ability to care for her. I also was having so much pain and stiffness in my neck that it was becoming difficult to turn my head while driving. My neck angled forward somewhat and I was actually unable to come into a fully upright posture.

I had quite a bit of therapy previously, but with no change in my posture (despite doing prescribed exercises faithfully) and no substantial or lasting improvement of my symptoms. After beginning treatment with Izabela, I was soon able to move my neck well enough to drive safely again and able to work with my daughter without pain. I am now able to stand upright and aligned again. I am a nurse by profession and am analytical and skeptical of any modality until I have real experience with it. I do not recommend treatments or practitioners easily, yet I frequently encourage people I know and meet to check out MFR.
